Cancellation Policy

Zenscape Massage – Cancellation Policy At Zenscape Massage, your time and well-being are deeply valued. Each session is reserved especially for you to ensure a peaceful, uninterrupted healing experience. To respect both your schedule and mine, the following cancellation policy is in place: 24-Hour Notice Required If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows the opportunity for another client to book that time. Late Cancellations Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Arriving Late If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to honor the next scheduled appointment. The full service fee still applies. I understand that emergencies happen. Please communicate as soon as possible if something unexpected arises—we’ll handle it with care and flexibility where possible.
